Documentation is only as useful if it is available. We've developed viable plans that cost as little as $500 to as much as several million dollars, but the plan is worthless if it is consumed in the disaster. So part of our service is to store a copy of your plan on a secure section of our web site so that you may access it from any place you have an Internet connection. It's just part of the service.
The Document
The document will contain all aspects of the plan from who to call for what to where to get replacement parts and services to how to get your data back. During the testing phase we will test every aspect of this document to ensure that you, the customer, understand it. It doesn't do you anygood if we're the only ones that understand the document.
