Planning
During the planning phase contingencies are assigned to each of the risks outlined during the risk assessment phase. The plan may be as simple as locking the door to the server room and preventing access to something as complicated as a hot backup site. Most small business can not justify the cost of a hot backup site and thus the norm is for something in between. We will develop a plan that protects you and fits within your budget.
We will examine whether you need Service Level Agreements (SLA's) with your vendors, secondary locations in the event you can't work from you current location, employee availability in the event that your employees are dealing with their own disaster. We will examine all contingencies.
